Mehl und Senf hinzuf\u00fcgen, dann mit warmer Milch vom Fisch eine Art B\u00e9chamel machen indem man immer wieder ein wenig Milch hinzuf\u00fcgt und gut umr\u00fchrt. Spinat und K\u00e4se hinzuf\u00fcgen, Zitrone auspressen, Salzen und Pfeffern. Fisch zerkleinern, mit der Sauce mischen und in eine ofenfeste Schale geben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kartoffeln und Erbsen mit Butter zerstampfen und Salzen. Dann auf der Sauce mit dem Fisch verteilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alles im Ofen bei 200 Grad Grillstufe \u00fcberbacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
